AvCanada Seniority Number
I just noticed I'm 1068 out 46074 I wish I had seniority like that at my airline.

on AvCanada, you get to 1068 out of 46074 by being opinionated and having a big mouth.
When you get to being 1068 out of 46974 on an airline seniority scale, you will likely also be opinionated and have a big mouth.

Geez did I say that....? Or just think it....?
Re: AvCanada Seniority Number
So how do you find out this magic number? Is it just your position on the member list when sorted by join date? If so, i'm 28006. Apparently being opinionated and having a big mouth can start when you're low on the list too...
Re: AvCanada Seniority Number
bah, this is just the seniority number on the "Forums2" section after the first forums had a major failure in February 2004. That was a dark dark time for those of us living in remote areas with AvCanada as our only form of therapy.
When I joined the first forums in 2000, AvCanada was already a thriving board (though waiting for the dial-up modem in Rankin Inlet was always a pain).
A guess what I'm saying is good job Joe! Hopefully this site has given you some solid extra cash on the side. And thanks to the moderators for sticking around - truthfully, they should charge a small registration fee to help pay for your mental health treatments in the future...

180 posts in 11 years makes me opinionated and having a big mouth? I didn't know.

No... I'm number 15090, actually, and always will be. That's how seniority works.Panama Jack wrote:iflyforpie wrote:Panama Jack wrote:on AvCanada, you get to 1068 out of 46074 by being opinionated and having a big mouth.

Ohiflyforpie,
EL NUMERO UNO!
I'd would be an interesting experiment, though..... making airline seniority numbers directly related to effort expended.
Geez did I say that....? Or just think it....?
