Curious if Jazz currently does pilot-in-command under supervision?

Will Jazz upgrade guys/gals to captain with only picus time? Will they be able to flow through to AC and eventually go captain there?

Yes they will. Good luck getting any PICUS time though. You have to fly with an LTC for that and they're all tied up training new hires.
