Company's only been there for 9 yrs, the ones who got in at first are so rich, they don't know what to do with all the money. The latter ones, however...

Try doing a little research. Even on this forum amid the mudslinging is some information on pension plans for WestJet employees including pilots.
Use the search, then keywords "pension" and "WestJet" and read away.

ESP plan, put into RRSP's, diversify. We will do all right when retirement comes. DB pensions are becoming a thing of the past, ask anyone at United.
