Are there any rebuilders, modifiers or such that can bring a 2 or 2T back to original zero time air frame an issue a C of A with a new manufactured date?

There's a mob in New Zeland who did one recently. If I remember right the zero time machine rego is ZK-BVR

I received a reply from Viking. Must be a new plane,
