What does your aviation medical cost?
I'm curious what people are paying across Canada for their aviation medicals.
Up here in Yellowknife it's around $155
Thanks,
Wayne O.

A mile of road will take you a mile, but a mile of runway can take you anywhere

The only three things a wingman should ever say: 1. "Two's up" 2. "You're on fire" 3. "I'll take the fat one"
Re: What does your aviation medical cost?
$80 (no ECG), Thunder Bay- Winner!
Re: What does your aviation medical cost?
Those Medical costs are manageable. A class one medical .Captains medical with ECG costs around $220 in New Zealand. But here comes the rip off.Information from your medical goes to Civil Aviation Authority ;equivalent to TC. These guys rubber stamp your medical certificate for another $315 .Oh I forgot they laminate it for you as well.In my case over 40 yrs ;that's $535 every six months. If you need audio reports It goes over $600.The guy rubber stamping the medical is laughing so hard ;he's pissin himself. And the medical doctor is laughing too. I'm not.
