CRM and Aviation Safety courses

I've recently taken over as safety officer for my company and I'm in need of a Aviation safety course and CRM course. I emailed one but have yet to get a reply. Anyone know any companys they would recomend? Preferably in the Winnipeg area, although maybe I can talk to the boss into sending me to YYZ or YYC.

Yeah I originally went to the homer simpson school of safety, for some reason TC doesn't recognize it!

Beyond Risk is good. I knew the course designer from back in the day. Aside from working as a safety officer for company who ran it as a full time position, she taught at USC, which is where the TSB investigators & TC safety inspectors go for their training.
