I know it's not a Canadian company, but does anyone have any information on Trans Maldivian Airways? Work environment, salary, lifestyle, general comments etc. Thanks

Well unless you are the holder of an EASA license you can pretty much give up any hope of getting there. They switched to the European system about a year ago which pretty much closes the door to any new employees from North America. Existing employees can get grandfathered in and have their Maldivian licenses converted to an EASA license.

Well it depends on whether you would be applying as a Captain or Copilot? Work schedule is 5 days on with 2 days off. Entry level pay really sucks for a copilot but are paid in US dollars. Not sure about rotations for new employees but a fair bit of difference between the Captains and Copilots. You will be living in the most densely populated country in the world, which is a Muslim country but housing is supplied. You will probably fly close to a 100 hrs per month. Lots of great people from all over the world working there so will make some great friends.
