Curious why you would come to a Canadian site with these requirements?

Requirements:
1.Age: no older than 50 years old
2.Flight Experience: 1500+ hours total time,1000+ hours PIC total time, 300+ hours PIC on type.
3.Valid ATPL and Medical
4.ICAO Level 4
5.License issued by a country member of ICAO
6.European pilot

Is there many European pilots from Canada??

If the question is : is there a lot of Canadian pilots with a EU passport ? (They are asking for a ICAO license).

No one seems to have a problem with Wasaya asking for native pilots?

Personally I don't want to work for racists regardless, but I still find it funny when folks get all up in arms when someone only wants to hire white folks, but it's cool when they are racist AGAINST white folks.
