Whichever the employer is paying for.

If you plan on just using that endorsement in Canada I would go 737NG. Three fairly big companies using them (WestJet, Sunwing, and Transat). Only game in town using the A320 family is Air Canada/Rouge. Also, Air Canada is getting the 737Max which I'm sure will just be a differences course from the NG so that will increase numbers greatly in this country in the near future.

I'll second that. But if I had to choose one I would also think the 737 route might be the more useful one.
