Current Airsprint info

Post by duro195 »

Hey guys!
I'm trying to find some info on Airsprint regarding the current upgrade times (not that I'm in a hurry at all, but as a rough estimate), morale, rotations (Currently seems to be 8/4 from what I've read?), average hours per year, average days away from base and whatever you deem useful that is not covered in the guide. I took the time to read the recent posts regarding their fleet transition with the helpful comments of Airsprint HR and the current pilot guide from the website, but it would be nice to have first hand info on the company. All in all though, it looks like a pretty sweet gig!

Feel free to PM or post below!

Thanks! :D

Hi Duro,

Most of the info is in the guide and previous posts but I'll answer a few quickly:
- Upgrade times: Usually within two years if you join with over 3000 hrs
- Schedule: No longer rotation based, see the guide, equity based computerized bidding system (reserve 18 days out of 28)
- Hours per year: Average around 350-450 hrs a year
- Days away from base: About 13 days per month on average

Feel free to email Adam Fallwell (atf@airsprint.com) with your questions as well.

Regards,
James

You guys should be proud of having one of the better and open HR and flight departments on the net. Keep being the example of how it should always be.
