Flight training at Saskatchewan polytechnic / siast

Post by surferjoe »

Looking to do the sask polytechnic diploma program in saskatoon in January. Seems like a relatively easy way to tick the post secondary education requirement off the resume. Two semesters done in a year.
Anyone with experience in the program?
What about the two main flight schools ; mitchenson and Millenium?

I did the Diploma and enjoyed it. I did most of my flying at Millenium. It is more of a flying club atmosphere where as Mitchinson is definitely a flight school and will push you through fast. Try out both and see which is a better fit for you. Good luck!

2013. I worked the ramp for about a year after finishing all of my license and ratings, now I'm flying right seat in a multi turbine.
