Unless his name was "The Incredible Hulk" he's not going to get the door open given that there's roughly 30,000 pounds of force holding it closed. I had a guy try the same thing on my flight years ago. He's probably still in jail or a psychiatric hospital.

Rockie is correct about airline plug doors. L1 door on a 37 NG is approx. 3'x6' ?? That equals around 18 ft^2= around 2600 in^2. Max differential pressure in a NG is 9.1 psi. 9psi x 2600^2=23660 lbs. Doors on a 67 are much larger, so WAY more force keeping them closed.
