School here ends next year for AME but I am looking ahead for anyone who hires people to do both maintenance and flying. Hoping to do some float plane work or remote operations (any country). Any recommendations?

You should look into a place like Borek. If that's your thing. I'd imagine them having an AME/pilot would help with remote operations.
