Anyone heard of Translink hiring avionics?

I'm curious about people here if anyone got hired from translink? I'm just wondering what the environment is like and the atmosphere?

There was a rumour that TransLink hired a whole class from BCIT shortly after the Canada Line was completed.

I know of one AME M that went to Calgary Transit for the trains.

I think they prefer millwrights and heavy-duty guys, even for the train work, but seem to acknowledge the skill set of AMEs.
