CMA vs. Pasco
Which one of these would you go for if you had the chose? Position is B1900 Captain. Does CMA take part in that PML deal with Air Canada?
Re: CMA vs. Pasco
CMA is not part of the Air Canada PML.
Welcome to Redneck Airlines. We might not get you there but we'll get you close!

That's good. Are they ALPA? How long do people typically stay on the 1900 before moving to the Dornier or Dash-8?jpilot77 wrote:CMA is not part of the Air Canada PML.
Re: CMA vs. Pasco
CMA is not part of ALPA. CMA is no longer an air canada tier 3. I believe they simply code share on a couple of routes now. They are not included in the PML and the chances are slim to nil you'd be hired OTS from CMA. Jazz does hire from both Pasco and CMA though,
I'd personally pick Pasco if I was in the position to choose between the two. Good atmosphere, solid operation, reasonable pay.

Re: CMA vs. Pasco
When I was at Hawkair (we shared in the same flight benefits program as CMA), AC interline passes were suspended and "should be coming back in a month" 6 months ago; If any cma folk out there can attest to the contrary since then.
cma did just get on board with recip. Jumpseat w AC and WS, so that was a marked improvement in what CMA had to offer that occured quite recently.
Regularly worked with a great group of people between the cma hawkair family.

Please tell me you have other options than just those two companies. There's so many options you could surely get a better job.
Re: CMA vs. Pasco
I'd pick Pasco 100%
Better pay ( I'm guessing), better working conditions, a company that would would want to keep you vs lose you.
Also, you can't beat the fun family run company oriented atmosphere .
Just what I've heard..
