Age isn't really a big consideration here anyways. Once you're in, it's all seniority based so you just wait until your number comes up.

I was youngest on my course at 26. Ive seen new hires in their late 40's this year. With an 18-24 month upgrade at the moment people into their 40's can still enjoy a great career.

Jazz has a huge spread of age for new hires. From 22-23 to mid late 40's. Age really means nothing, however you can use it to your advantage in your interview.

Yes we have hired pilots in their 50s before. I don't think it's an issue at all.
