Pacific Coastal Dispatch Ads

I have seen quite a few ads come up for dispatch at Pacific Coastal. Are the dispatchers there moving on to larger airlines or is this position an entry level spot leading to flying? Also any info on salary work conditions for dispatch at Pacific Coastal would be greatly appreciated.

It seems to me that their requirements are even more demanding than recent dispatcher ads I have seen for Sunwing and Air Canada. Wonder if they are able to attract that talent.
