Pacific Coastal Upgrade Path

What is the typical upgrade path at Pacific Coastal? After being a S340 F/O can you go directly to Captain on that machine or do they make you B1900 Captain for a time before that? Thanks.

FO on either ship
Capt 1900
Capt Saab
