Good morning, I have my written assessment coming up I have a question regarding background checks before I get too carried away.
When I was a youth I made some very dumb mistakes and as a result, I have a clean criminal record but my drivers abstract still bears my stupidity (theft and vandalism)
I have held a secret security clearance but that didn't involve a drivers abstract to my knowledge.
Would this have an affect on my candidacy today? Do they check drivers abstracts for atc candidates?
My goal is not to waste anyone's time here and as a disclaimer I accept all responsibility for my actions. I'm not looking for a get out of jail card lol. If nav canada passes on me, this would be one of many careers that have been shut down to me because I'm my mistakes as a youth. Reap what I sow.
