Someone is asking about pay information at Georgian and 4 replies later still nothing, what a bunch of professionals. I wonder how contract negotiations go, wouldn't be surprised if its something like this.

year one: 29,569.43
year two: 32,372.48
year three: 35,175.53
year four : 37,483.92

This is as of Jul 2016, adjust 0.5 percent up every year after.

Georgian does not have a pay scale. If they did it wouldn't go above 3 years bc you need to be a bit out there to join let alone stay.

Just wondering if GGN has a PIC under supervision program as provided under the CARs, allowing one to accumulate a certain amount of PIC hours when working towards an ATPL without having upgraded to Captain.

On the B1900D yes, CRJ no.

On the B1900D yes, CRJ no.

GGN just put their first 2 250 hr pilots on the CRJ, 2 more next class so the PICUS will be launched on the CRJ soon if it has not already been done - last I heard at the approval stage.
