(Rowdy, pelmet and pdw are avatars of two different people. How did you see it otherwise ..unless you've perhaps not followed the numerous previous discussion not long ago on this forum ?)
I do agree with Pelmet that once you investigate weatherwise ... this climbing turn upset-accident ("turn downwind" in the circuit about-which the opening point is made) that it might well remain a dispute whether the specific heart condition mentioned in the report had anything to do with ' INITIATION of the accident sequence' itself (ie if no proof of heart attack can be established via investigation).
A chance of RECOVERY for a shear-like accident in a 15-30 degree bank there maybe risks a heart attack for anyone
