While they still sell the course material Widow provided a link for, TC got out of providing CRM training a number of years ago because they were perceived as inhibiting the market for commercial service providers.

The TSB's report on this accident lists a number of interesting academic papers on CRM in the footnotes, as well as a discussion of TC's current CRM training requirements for 705 operations. http://www.tsb.gc.ca/eng/rapports-repor ... sp#s1.18.1

Lots of good info there. I see no reason a lot of that stuff shouldn't be covered in the Commercial Pilot training system. Hell the info would be useful and potentially life saving to Private Pilots as well.
