My other plan is mandatory all nude flights.
As soon as you walk into the airport,-flying or not - everyone has to strip buck naked-clothes into a big 'Salvation Army " donation bin. Wanna fly someplace? Don't wear your expensive clothes.
Everyone. Pilot, passengers, flight attendants, cab drivers.

There's no where to hide anything-and the increase in flying by the perverts will save the airline industry.
