your first flying job, what/how old

1995...........27 years old started doing photo flights/sight seeing flights
and banner towing in a C-172.

96-01.........28 years old started Instructing and threw in the towel
shortly after 911 @ 33 years old.

01-03.........worked in a plant doing shift work making good coin for the
first time at 36 years old.

03-06..........Ramp Rat/Dock Hand at 36.

03-04..........Divorced at 37 years old.

06-07..........First Officer on a turbo prop conducting 703/704 operations
at the ripe ol'age of 38 and a half years old. :wink:

18-19 - ramp
19-21 - learning to fly
21-22 - broke, so back to ramp
22 - dockhand
23 - finally! had a 206/172 job.
24 - looking forward to a float job

...still learning to fly...

ISTP I've already had mine but nobody will touch someone our age for a first job or so it seems!

Will likely be seeing the right seat of a metro II by age 21 here (bday in Feb, ground school at the end of this month, I'm 20 now).

Nothing special for me. But I have a good friend who was tearing up West Germany in a F-104 at the tender age of 21.

Bell 206 line pilot in CYXJ at 23

A story from my 3rd day flying.....a passenger asked me "how long have you been flying?"

I looked at my day/date wrist watch prior to answering him ! He was visibly shaken by that :P

Hey ! it was either 3 days OR 4 days, I had to check ! :lol:
