Yes you can fly that airplane on the license you hold, you just can not charge for your services. :rolleyes:

My first morning in Holland last summer started with flying FiFi Kate from Lelystad to Valkneberg Naval Air Station and walking across the ramp and Getting in the Cat and flying that back to Lelystad.

And we did 25 touch and goes on the North Sea on the way back. :smt003

You can fly a us registered aircraft without a us certificate as long as the rules of the country you are in allow it. Canada, for example, allows you to fly foreign registered aircraft in Canada with a Canadian Licence. In France the same is true. However as Cat has made clear to us time and again: You can tell a Dutch, but you can't tell him much.
