Do you seriously think TC goes straight to their internet site after pulling an OC to update the info for the travelling public?

I guess it's possible. :shock:

PWA has their OC back now. It has been suspended in the past and they just kept on going as per normal. The loop hole? They didn't charge any money. HMMM...no money for maintenence eh?

If I were to own a pub and the health department shut me down because of an ecoli problem, would it be OK to continue serving the food as long as it was free?

I wonder.

The "across the bay " is in for a little visit and it may not be working there much longer. Anymore than that I cannot say without giving up the source who i swore too that i would not tell .

They were in court today trying to get there OC back and avoid bankrupcy because they were not found responsible for the plane crash. I think TC is trying to get them on other things but i am really sure.

Sonic could (from a legal standpoint) argue, perhaps successfully, in court to get their OC back unless TC has evidence to backup allegations that were brought forward to an airline inspector by "friends of friends" of Sonic guys.

It is imperative that the pilots recognize that perhaps some stuff they might have done wasn't legal but they SHOULD recognize that it NEEDS to be reported to TC ASAP.

Currently, as well all know, Sonic is under investigation by TC. However, certain allegations came up well before this accident and a file was started. When TC went to investigate they couldn't find anything at all! They need the pilot who told their friend who told an inspector.

A buddy at work told me that their friend is a line pilot with a company who was authorizing an airplane to fly when it didn't meet MEL requirements. The pilot called TC who apparently were going to arrange something. The problem is now fixed and no longer a severe hazzard to flight crew and passengers. It's this sort of thing that aviation needs - a recognizance of what's wrong and what's right - the problem and what's necessary to correct it.

For ex-Sonic guys, simply ranting in media won't hold up in court for TC so you need to contact an inspector in the Regional Director's Office - Pacific Region, Civil Aviation. They will collect your information to verify your position in case this is used as evidence.

You could be framed as a whistle blower but TC is recognizing the fact that many things go off radar due to pilots not reporting it when they should. Remember, it's not just you as pilots out there hoping for a safe flight. It's all those people who fly ON the airplanes and who pay your wages that are DEMANDING safety!!

According to the latest news report, in order for Rexair to get their OC back TC needs to do an audit but the offices are all locked up. So why are they in court if thats the case? Are they arguing that, because "they" feel they're not responsible for the accident that they should get their OC back without being subject to an audit?

Before you contact anyone that works under the Regional Director in the Pacific Region TCCA you should have a good look at what I have concerning this person.

It may make a great difference in your career in aviation, or maybe lack thereof.
