applying as an engineer apprentice and float pilot

It's been pretty recently that I started to really get interested in float flying, don't know why it suddenly appeals to me so much, but it does. I'd love to get a job flying floats, the other thing that's been growing on me is getting a flying job up north, waay up north, again, don't know why. I'm thinking about going to Centennial college, though I seem to hear quite a few bad things about the college
Hey greg87, if you go to the free job ads section and go to page four you'll see Sandy Lake Air is looking for a pilot. Sandy lake is north of Red Lake and I'm sure their maintenance is done in Red Lake. This is the type of outfit that hires versitile aviators. They don't have enough work for a full time engineer but could use someone that understands simple aircraft systems and knows how to use his tools. You will gain more knowledge than you realize. Companies like Bearskin Air respect this type of experience even though they don't have floatplanes. It shows that you have been in situations where a lot of decission makeing is involved.
