do your research people!!!!
As a former AB Capt I have to say it's a good place to start if you are a low timer. Pay is pretty good and you fly a lot. Schedule changes constantly (like any 703 company) but you get your 10 SDO's. The PC12 is a dream to fly and the people are generally good to work with.

Good luck!

Thanks Oldncold for the update and thorough explanation of their business.

Could you retort on the Bond or Prorate Training bond/promissary agreement if there is one?
Explain? Time and P.I.C. under supervision or S.I.C.?

As to location do you get a crack at it or do they pretty much decide where your stationed?

Cheers

fair enough ///

bond is 3,000 for 1yr for f/o //pro>rated// captains are 15k pro>rated over 12months the pro rated starts upon approval as a ornge /moh/lornge approval as captain.

guys/gals captains upgrades with close to 2000 hrs say 1600hrs plus will get raise as a charter captain and build time as such until reaching 2000hr requirement.

so what this means is some f/o's will wait until they are very close to approval as an moh/ornge captain until the upgrade so that there bond is as short as possible. captains that come with time on type and current ppc have no bond. however due to economic downturn in the since late 2007 most upgrades are internally.

As previously stated the job is not for those who need to have high degree of certainty or predictability in their personal life . but the financial compenstaion is very respectable in lieu of that.

oh the base location is as per operational requirements but consideration has been given in the past to those with length of service and attitude.

yr 1 55k/yr 2 62k// yr 3 67k // yr 4 81 k// and 87 k as captain /5000+ hrs pic on type/ it was a good run some great people but watch yur back with the ops /cp

Their website says that Dan Amberman is the CP. Not sure if that is current though.
