That's the only pic of the Orenda V8 powered Otter I could find off hand (might have something more on a disk in storage), so no remembering of the reg. (alas)
Yes, it was remarked by the dock cognoscenti that there was a distinct lack of clothing going on and none of the women present swooned either...

BRD your photos are beauties.
You have any information about the Beech 18 with
the animal painted on the nose?
I notice it has counter weight props and the photo
was taken before spar modes were required.

just texted Bill and asked. He said that 18 was an RCMP bird...late 50's. Their other airplane up there was a DC-3 with JATO bottles on it.
