For those of you with only 1 million in liability, just be mindful of any passengers that you're taking up. If you have a passenger that is making a pretty decent income and has more than 10 years left to work, 1 million will likely not be enough. If a passenger (or bystander for that matter) gets injured in an accident, one of the items that gets calculated is loss of future income. That can add up really quickly! Go for $2 - $5 million liability - it's likely worth the extra cost.

My aircraft $1200.00, my Van, $1100.00, my motorcycle $650.00 and my sports car another $1200.00, my sailboat $450.00, my house $1500.00, To get rid of my wife $ 8000.00 in legal fees, Get the picture?
