They also advised that negative interest rates were not an option they wanted to rush into but were an option that would only be used in extenuating circumstances, I.e to restart a completely stalled economy (for instance if the so called housing bubble popped which would basically be the straw that breaks Canada's economic back).

Today has been a very interesting day, reflected in AC's stock. China devaluing its currency today is not good for a commodity based country like Canada.

That's all dependent on your business, but yes, the only one who you can blame is yourself.
