Strappe: how would you propose a "performance" based pay system at AC, you mean profit sharing etc right...because I am not sure how you perform in the cockpit or I perform in Dispatch would have any relivance to the amount of pay we are deserved...and how about the non dead beats who do deserve some pilots wages....so sorry,,,,westjet forum isnt this
