I had 5 views back in early October but then redid my cover letter and went back to 0 views b/c I had to delete my previous application to do it. Not sure how this affected my application - maybe Im a blank slate as far as Jazz is concerned... Oh well. Just about everyone I work with has gone to Jazz including DiscoDashSeven but not me.

AC will call in the new year... oh yeah, for sure.....

My understanding is that if your workopolis resume is posted publicly, it is not necesarily Jazz who is looking at your resume but anyone of Workopolis employer members.

I hear that they are looking for guys with 4000 plus hours ... anyone else hearing the same number? I know there have been people getting views with 2500 or so .. but the phone call number seems to be around the 4000 hour mark?!

AC - 1000
WJ - 2500
Jazz - 4000???

Hey

I applied for the second time 12th Oct and had a total of 9 views of my resume before they called for an interview. I had it set up so only Jazz could look at my resume so it must have been them. I got the call a week and a half ago and did interview last week.

Oh and I have 3400 hours about 1100 Turbine.

Good luck to everyone who applied.

I originally applied in early September. I only got two views. I deleted that resume, got a new email and applied again on December 6, got 1 view that day, 2 the next and 8 days later, i had 5 views. And to top it all off, on the 9th day, i got the phone call. Go figure. I recommend applying again for those sitting at a view or two. Good Luck

Don't worry Shankdown, I applied months ago and still no news as of yet. But if this 44 per month thing is accurate, then stay positive, I'm sure the phone will ring soon enough.

Cheers

It really does seem like a random process. You have people with relatively high time, a university degree and speaking both official languages, who don't even get the time of day. Meanwhile, you've got people with barley 2000 hrs. TT no degree, maybe an aviation diploma and non-bilingual, who are getting called. It all depends on what names the computer spits out. Sort of like playing Russian Roullette I guess. I was chatting with an Air Canada buddy this past weekend and he was telling me how short AC is on A320 F/O's, so I guess the phone calls may step up a bit.
