Can't argue that this is what you see. But I will argue that your perspective is your own, not everyone has that feeling towards the guy, and I would add that just maybe having a little more professionalism would serve you better.cdnavater wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 2:06 pmYou think it’s something to admire but most on here think it’s his ego, look at me, I’m a scab that landed on my feet, look how good I’m doing, you all thought I’d never work again but here I am! Yes, every single time he posts something, that’s what I see!averageatbest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 9:32 amAs an employee of a company where major changes are made and not communicated to the employees of the company, I have appreciation for a manager who is willing to put their neck out to keep employees and prospective employees informed so that they can make decisions that are best for their lives.kiaszceski wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 12:09 pm
I'm laughing at this "I hope that management at other airlines will take note and step up the way you do."
Not at what Tbaylx said.![]()
You may not like his answers, but he is giving answers which is more than other airline management are doing.
You can hate (or insert other negative feelings here) whoever you want, but the fact is for you and anyone else that thinks insults is the way to go when interacting on a public space, to anyone else who sees the posts (the insults) will just seem like nonsense coming from an angry party.
If you have history, by all means share it if able to provide background and verifiable facts. I for one like learning more and being proved wrong. But doing so in the most respectful manner will gather more attention or at the very least will carry the points you're trying to make a lot more effectively.
To add one more thing, westjet right now seems to be at war with its pilots. I don't think this is new and I doubt it will change. Holding a guy responsible because he did the job he was hired to do in the past is ok, but that's all it was. A job.
