I’m surprised this wasn’t mentioned before. Air Canada with its (intentionally) complicated and convoluted expense system short changes employees constantly. Third party individuals and expense checking programs clean up! The online program I use, averages about $500 found every three months.

It’s my opinion that Air Canada is well aware. Last year, I received an invoice for $7.60 in overpaid expenses to be assessed against my next paycheque.

I have no doubt, this truly is just a glitch, overblown due to it being Flair. So …. Flair, you want to short change employees? Go check out AC to see how it’s really done right!

Makes me wonder if AC's CEO's next paycheck is going to be short of his new 240% raise, or if shortcomings like that are just for employees.

I use Crewsware. You can find it at crewsware.com.

It is a bit pricy, but I find the expense checker alone pays for itself. But browse around it. There are many many functions within it that are very handy.

If that doesn’t fit your needs, PM me, I’ll send you the name of someone that does it by hand. I understand he charges 10%.

And by "many" you mean exactly 29, which doesn't sound like that big of a mistake when you think of that compared to how many FAs we have. How many government of Canada employees have gone with pay at all for months and in some cases years because of Phoenix? Yes it sucks, but it always gets sorted out here, whereas if you work for the feds good luck.
