just an example the facts are that earlier this year Israel bombed a power station in gaza leaving up to 1 million with out power for weeks. What did all those innocent people do to deserve that? Imagine if your power went out NOW for weeks. What would you do? Life would collapse.

C'mon Haz.. you're going against the historical grain.

It's much easier and more convenient to blame the Jews. And while people like DashAte have no real opinions of their own, they can join the groups in our Western Society who believe that the Israeli's are the problems of the middle east, and perhaps the world as a whole.

I wouldn't worry about it though. I imagine another 9/11 will eventually happen again on North American soil and all the conspiracy theorists and anti-Semites will again have no clue what to make of anything - but will undoubtedly blame it all on "You Jews"...

In recent years, a handful of resolutions have targeted other Middle Eastern states, but the lion's share is still reserved for Israel.

In October 2005, former Prime Minister Paul Martin referred to "the annual ritual of politicized anti-Israel resolutions" at the UN. In November 2004, Canada's then ambassador to the United Nations, Allan Rock, announced to the General Assembly that "resolutions [against Israel] are often divisive and lack balance." Yet even with this recognition, both our past and present governments' anti-Israel voting pattern has barely changed.

Or maybe, just maybe...accept the fact that the people who post here have a variety of different views, and that as long as the posts are kept away from the worst type of mudslinging and hate speech, open debate is encouraged. Look at how long the C17 thread has run on for, and I don't think that anything has needed to be moderated there - mostly because the mudslinging has been limited to the occasional snide comment.
