When flying in Africa I also bring my own sterile needles in case I need emergency drug injection, never allow a stranger to use their needels on you as you have no idea who they were used on before, AIDS is like the commom cold in Africa.

Also I never enter Africa without World Wide medical insurance that has a clause thet will fly me out of Africa by charter air ambulance jet to Europe for safe hospitalization.

Remember stay off the night fighters.
