About five years ago I did mine hung over. Not the best idea I know but there you go. No problem whatsoever. I'm not suggesting thats a good plan though. I know a guy who got so worked up about going to the Dr. his heart rate was way up during the appointment and he failed. For the re-test he took a tranquilizer and was fine.
Are we there yet?
Great tips i got on this thread... i'm pretty confident on the actual test: i'm skinny, in good health, i passed a color blind test already, my eyes are good and i think i ear well enough. Just afraid of the drug thing.

A couple things:
First, whoever it was that got told by the doc that he did a drug test, he was yanking your chain, having done drug tests before for employment, you have to consent to one. They don't have the right to just arbitrarily do that. Ethics...you know.
Second, THC stores itself in your fat cells. A number of variables determine how long it is detectable in a urine test, but it's not too terribly long.
Third, if Halloween was your last time, don't sweat. I personally know guys who have smoked and drank the night before a pre-employment drug test. They passed without any problems.
The medical isn't something to get worked up about, especially if you can find one of those few good docs. Personally I always make a spring pilgrimage to good ol' Doc Lower.

Well, even if its 2 days to get flushed, do you still fly after a day when you smoked up?
Aviation and maybe the police are jobs that you don't want to mix with weed. If the wing fell off and you thundered in, you are still going to get autopsied and if positive for drugs, your wife and kidlets are going to get hosed because your insurance is toast. Think about that one, smokers.
Like I said before (nobody was listening) they only test your blood for sugar.
Take my advise, don't drink a coffee on an empty stomach before going in either.
