I generally try and post serious arguments and discussions in the hope of getting feedback from everyone here, even S&J and AW, because I "DO" care about the well being of my colleauges.

Sometimes my posts are skewed by my personal biasis and my personal inner deamons that eat away at ones mental and physical well being.

By discussing these things in an outright and honest manner it is my beliefe that all of us will benefit.

Heaven knows that I am as flawed as anyone else out there, but I try and improve myself by honest self searching and guidance from all of you.
