Interesting post 19, but the question is AC hiring not Aveos. The guys working isn't the problem, its the guys who are not coupled with the management that can't. Sheet metal is an art form, most of the other work is bull coupled with tension and on time performance. Add a dash of incompetent oversight and its every man for himself to do the right thing to ensure safety. Have a look around at the shop that could do anything, now a shell of itself often brought to its knees for lack of an o-ring or fastener.
As for wine I'm guessing its your bottles that are empty.
