$480.00. $500.00 minus $20.00 for yesterday is $480.00.

Taken from the Canadian Civil Aircraft Registry

They have had the B-100 on their registry since Feb-04-2008

But that doesn't mean they own it, if they are leasing it then they are listed as the "owner" since they have care and control of the aircraft. If this is the case, then the owner may be selling it but this may have no direct impact on an ongoing lease. I'm sure that FLYKDA can answer that, but really, that would be an internal business matter that they aren't obligated to divulge. A tremendous amount of aircraft in the commercial enviroment aren't "owned" by the operators, but are operated under long or short term lease agreements.

Wow there's some serious homework going on here. I'm frightened! Mark, I thought for sure you'd send Jimmy up to do that flying.. oh wait.. he's too busy helping Scotty out in engineering. Hehe. You're right about B.A. ...he never visits.. but I'm like a bad penny, you know I'll turn up! I expect that coffee to be on at the end of Feb.. I'll be out for a weekend.

Yeah these guys have me running to Ft Mac 5 days a week! I'll tell you coming out of retirement is terrible! hehe. Nah can't complain.. I'm home by 1pm. My only complaint would be finding bottles of urine in the backs of seats courtesy of my rig crew pax. I think some of them WERE born in barns. :| At least it's not all over the seats I guess. Keep trying at it maybe BA will land you that job yet!

A while back I had to have the piss tube conversation with a regular customer. See if you use the tube opposed to the actual toilet it saves $75. So I said "You stick it in here, push the button and let er rip." He said "Stick what in there?" I had to commend myself for keeping a straight face and getting the idea conveyed to him. He now uses the tube and all is well. Can you teach the riggys that? You got one in there somewhere I'm sure. We got 2 in the 200. On by the shitter and one in front under the cpts seat. Not long enough to reach to the FO though. Weird.

Cheers,

No relief tube in this one... don't know why. I'd prefer it if they could just be grownups and hold it for the whole 1.5 hour flight.. what a dream that would be.. but then, dreams are like rainbows.. only idiots chase them. :D

Hey! I know an Irishman that likes to drink. Don't the Irish chase rainbows? You ever notice that if we put a green tophat on him he'd look just like a Leprechaun?

Yeah I've been trying to get him to do that for years.. but he doesn't listen. I want a tweed coat on him while he's smoking a pipe, too. Maybe his boss could get him to do it. We'll have to find out who that is and get him to try.

You abandoned the ship? I've done that myself a few times over the years. I can only stand there so long.

I heard one of the better ones from my liason to the office..

'Should I get a hotel or are you going to send someone to pick me up?'
'Well.. what are you going to do up there? Do you stay with the mechanics and help fix the instruments? Is that what pilots do?'
'...uh.. I'll probably just get in the way and drink all their coffee.'
'Oh. We'll send someone to get you.'

I keep seeing myself with a screwdriver in one hand and the hsi in the other looking like a chimp at the zoo.

I was going through some old posts....because my memory is good....but short and I came across this thread

Anyone know what happened to these guys, website still up but they aren't listed as an operator on the T.C site anymore. Are they the smart ones in aviation and decide that there were better ways to spend money than operating airplanes?

Quite likely. Their 'Ho (FWNG) is on Controller for 224K right now. Safe to say they aren't planning on running it anymore. FWIW Anyone in the market for one should give her a look. Its a really nice example of a Navajo C. Fresh O/H engines, new boots &c. Fair price for a good machine.

I hope the Kootenay Direct folks are doing alright. The owner and flight ops manager are good people.
