Makes sense to me that positive flow type regulators would be fine, but on-demand style ones would probably have a problem.
Personally, I think that a full beard would tend to be a little much. But as for turbans... don't care really. Thing is though, I think if one guy can't, nobody can.
I also think, that when it comes to cerimonial daggers and such, that we should adopt a policy like MEA: We don't like it, we don't take you. I think it was MEA that didn't let two guys on who had briefcases with "diplomatic papers" on board, and it turned out they were terrorists (think this was a while ago).
No leathermans or gerbers? In the warm areas of the world, I agree. But you can go tell that to a pilot up north.
