Knowing the former CP, I find it unlikely that he was fired for trying to have balls. I suspect that it was his CRI syndrome that got him fired.

I have a question for my friends that work here:

You as the pilots have the most face time with the clients, why don't you ask to have coffee with them on your trips and let them know how you are being treated by management? I know none of you would ever let this effect the way you fly or would ever compromise safety but they should know how the people that they have flying them are being treated by V.S.. This monkey is banking on the fact that you guys will NOT stand up for what's right or stick TOGETHER and say NO we will not be treated this way, paid this poorly or that you do indeed have some self respect. Or maybe one day all of you meet over at Tims, call V.S. over and let him know none of you will fly again until things change??

Don't try to take the client as we all know this is grounds for dismissal but surely you can just speak to the client and let them know how the people that are being trusted with their lives are being treated...Just a thought.
