I'm partial to Appleton's myself. I was recently successful in harassing my local pub into carrying it, I spend a lot more time there now!

I enjoy my Rum, my staple is Bacardi Gold, lime and coke, lots of ice. I drink Flor De Cana when I want a little extra treat or serving to guests. 7 year old is great and it gets better as you spend more on the older stuff.

A new addition to my collection yesterday which is quite tasty. Lambs has recently released a spiced called "Black Sheep". I give it my discerning thumbs up! Now if only I could find some woods these days.. they've stopped carrying it completely out west

For everyday drinking it's Bacardi Black, my favorite to this day is 7 year old Havana Club.
