Good suggestion floater, if you read all my posts I'm sure you will find that I spend a lot of time trying to give advice to the younguns.

You would be surprised at the amount of e-mails , PM's , phone calls and visits that I receive from the members here.

Just this afternoon one of the posters called me form Ont. and we talked for about one hour and I do not recall any conversation about TC, the subject just never came up.

What would make me happy is to find someone that could take over the business of teaching people to fly warbirds so I could just build airplanes at home and fly when I want to...

...alas that is not to be for a while longer and my e-mail and phone just keeps me busy trying to find parts and solve paper work issues surrounding the Cat in Europe...

..by the way if you think we have bureacuracy it does not even come close to a lot of other countries. Europe is bad, The middle East is worse, Africa is mindboggling and Brazil is impossible....then there is France with their on and off again strikes just when you need to go somewhere...and on and on...Oh I almost forgot China, now the there is another example....

I have read all your posts and I'm sure we would be the best of friends if we did not have to communicate through this media.

Anyhow floater I hold no animosity towards those who may interpet my attitude the wrong way...hell I still have many friends in the regulator....

Cheers and you have a safe and prosperous summer.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no

After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
