I have worked with several female pilots, and some have surprised me, some have scared me and some have completely surpassed my level of ability.... the only thing I have a problem with when it comes to women working as pilots is that the companies feel pressure to take on women for the sake of filling seats with minorities... two females I went to flight school with are both at AC... one has a letter in her file saying she will never sit in the left seat, the other is on maturnity leave.... most women prefer to be home (so I have been told by female F/O's who have children)... so once that chapter of life starts... it becomes harder for them to have a normal family life....
I am just happy to be a guy...

How many male nurses do you see? or male nanny's (sorry childcare givers) some things are genetic in the differences brains are originally programmed. It's the reason why some people are good at science and others the arts. It seems like most of the female pilots I've flown with are for the most part more of the outdoorsy type as well and not afraid to break a nail (unlike some guys I've flown with). Saying that I have flown with some female pilot's that are phenomenal pilots that I'd trust my life with and some male pilots that are downright scary
