The way to do this is to show in your cover letter that you know something about the company that the average person would not. Do they have a new route, aircraft or business aspect coming into the operation? Do you know what they currently do, what the main challenges of their operation is and what can you do to contribute to these situations? Generic cover letters are extremely obvious, and ones written specifically for the company and show that the candidate knows more than the average bear means a lot in my books when perusing resumes.AJV wrote: Tell how you can make the HR people at the said companies believe that.
