Question for some ... I really do not have a problem sleeping ... I do have a problem getting to sleep. I do not use anything for it accept TV and reading.

But I noticed as I am getting older, I seem to be sleeping longer ... I used to be 6 hours and know I regularly sleep 7 and sometimes 8 hours a night. On a weekend with no alarm I can go 9.5 hours.

Is this happening with any others.

How old is older? I'm passed out in a mid sentence whilst chatting with any lady friend. It drives them insane that I can do that. So...I strongly suggest "gorilla" sex prior to sleeping. It ALWAYS helps. ;-)

Other than that there's something I've been taking for several reasons...it's nootropics. It's ALL natural. Believe me I've done the research. A particular brand is Alpha Brain You can read about it and judge for yourself and purchase it as well here: http://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/ I trust the makers of this product. You can get 10% off which equates to $5 discount if you type a key word in the coupon space provided.

I've been on it for a week and all I can say is "wow". My dreams are lucid and clear and my mind less foggy. I wake up refreshed and able to retain more information from my studies. The only side affects is if you stop taking it...you'll get stupid again ;-) @ almost 45 years of age...I'm using anything I can to help me stay in shape....naturally, mind and body.

Hope this helps.
