Also it only applies to 6 or more passenger seats (Cessna 185 generally has 5 passenger seats).

Sulako, keep on laughing. Although TCAS is a valuable tool and I support the mandate, all those airports have been around much longer than TCAS. Business got done and airplanes flew in that airspace without TCAS.
