Re: The most interesting pilot in the world
-He never asks for a descent; the ground gladly rises up to him.
-No need for a Wx radar in his ride; CBs just move out of HIS way.
He is indeed... the most interesting pilot in the world!

Re: The most interesting pilot in the world
- He was born speaking the phonetic alphabet
- He once flew Air Force One and the escort fighters at the same time
- When he lands with a 10kt tailwind he still gets 10kt headwind landing performance
- When he flies on AC Rouge he has lots of leg room!
He is indeed... the most interesting pilot in the world!

Re: The most interesting pilot in the world
He is the only pilot to ever land on runway 37...
He once moved a stationary front..
Hijacker's squawk 7500 when he is on board..
He doesn't request clearance, merely states his intentions..
He never flies into headwinds, the wind is always running away from him..
When he flies, his altimeter setting is always 00.00. He is NEVER under pressure..
He does not level off, he simply tells his altimeter to stop moving..

-He's worried about the future of the industry and he actually does something about it.
-Checkrides have to pass him.
-The airplane puts itself in cellphone mode when he's onboard and the main cabin door is closed.
-OTP always adjusts to the moment he releases the parking brake.
-He tells the dispatchers where to go.
-Turbulence calls the centre to ask for another altitude when he flies.

Re: The most interesting pilot in the world
He operates Down East International from Moncton, with Mile High Millie, Stu Jane, McCloskey and Frenchy. His landings are so smooth he has a sign that lights up for the passengers that says we have landed. When Air Canada would miss he would always get in. He would, occasionally "borrow" a Dash 8 from Air Canada and fly from Moncton to Montreal for a party and return with no one knowing anything about it.
He's is......the most interesting pilot in the world.

Re: The most interesting pilot in the world
They say his personality is so magnetic, he carries his own compass card.
He routinely flies an ILS approach using a fixed card ADF.
The Minister of Transport will often appeal to him for regulatory exemptions.
He once filed an SMS report, just to see what it felt like.
He is known to correct foreign ATC on their radio procedure in their native language.
His reputation is listed in the CFS under Legendary.
If he had to use CRM, his beard would do the managing.
